Black Pig opened in May 2003 and is owned and run by Chef Nathan Outlaw, his brother-in-law Colin Morris and Colin’s fiancé Nicki Tigwell.
Nathan’s philosophy is simple. Quality ingredients sourced from small producers and farmers around Britain, developed into dishes with modern and contemporary style where the taste combination is paramount and created to excite the palate and leave you feeling content and inspired with your Black Pig Experience.
